Can I change my design after placing an order?
Name labels are printed directly based on your custom design, so changes cannot be made after the order is placed. Please double-check spelling, colors, and details before submitting your order.
If you notice an error the same day, contact us immediately – we’ll try to help, although it’s not always possible.
Do I need to prepare anything before applying the labels?
Yes. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and smooth. For clothing, always apply the label to the care label. For items, clean the surface thoroughly and allow it to dry. After application, let the label sit for at least 24 hours before use, washing, or tumble drying.
How long do the name labels last?
Our name labels are designed to last wash after wash and stay firmly in place for a long time. They can withstand repeated washing up to 60°C, as well as tumble drying and dishwasher use.
What if the clothing does not have a care label?
If the garment does not have a care label, we do not recommend applying the label directly to the fabric, as it may come loose during washing. Instead, we recommend using our iron-on name labels, which are designed to be applied directly to fabric.
Can I tumble dry clothes with name labels?
Yes! Our name labels are tumble-dryer safe and can withstand washing and drying up to 60°C.

Yes! All our name labels are waterproof and can be washed up to 60°C. They are also safe to use in the dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer.
Can I add my own image or phone number?
Yes! You can design your own name labels by choosing backgrounds, icons, text, and colors. You can also add your own photo for a unique touch. Customize the text with a first and last name, phone number, or allergy information (a warning will appear if the text is too long).
Can a name label be removed and reused?
Once removed, a name label cannot be reused, but it usually does not leave marks on most surfaces. If you want to replace a label, we recommend applying a new one.
