Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the customer's purchase of goods and services provided by Namly Desgin. The terms and conditions apply to all sales of Namly Design as long as nothing else is agreed in writing between the parties.


The properties of the products are easily accessible on Namly's website. Go to each product to see its specific properties.


After placing an order, it is processed automatically and production begins. Therefore, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has been received. After completing the order, we will send an order confirmation to the specified email address. The customer is responsible for verifying that all information is correct. The order is binding.


All prices are stated in either GPB, AUS, CAD, USD the price is uncluding VAT and shipping. Namly reserves the right to change prices and terms without notice. The price at the time of order is the price that applies. Namly are not responsible for obviously incorrect prices.


All deliveries from Namly Design is shipped with tax and customs covered.



PAY NOW – You can pay using a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX card in any of our shipping countries. 


PAY LATER – Customers in United Kingdom can choose to buy now and pay later. This option will be shown to you at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now options. You will receive information on how and when to pay when your order has been dispatched.​


SLICE IT – Customers in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Norway and Sweden can choose to open an account with Klarna and receive monthly statements based on the option you chose. This option will be shown at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now option. You will receive account information when your order is dispatched.​

Orders that are registered after normal office hours and during the weekend are processed no later than the following weekday. Namly reserves the right to change delivery times without further notice. The items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. During holidays and weekdays, delivery times may be slightly longer. The goods are delivered free of charge by letter mail from PostNord AB.


Namly ask the customer to be aware that the colors displayed on the website may differ from the color of the actual product. This is usually due to differences in the settings on the computers. We reserve the right against any inaccuracies regarding information presented on the website.


The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured specifically for the customer, or otherwise printed in accordance with the customer's wishes.

You can cancel your purchase (does not apply to name tags) and send back an opened item within 14 days from the day you receive your order. You can send the item as a regular letter but seal it carefully. Send the return to Namly Design/Trivo AB Terminalgatan 9 232 61 ARLÖV. The buyer pays the fee for the return. Report your return and reason for return to

If the item is not picked up from the agent within 6 days or if you as the customer have provided incorrect delivery information, the item will automatically be sent back, the buyer will then be charged a shipping fee of 20 euros and the remaining order value will be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility in connection with the return or lack of goods to contact both us and Klarna in order not to incur extra charges in connection with the purchase/return. Reimbursement of the item is made within 14 days from when we received the return. NOTE: If you have received a damaged product, please do not return it, contact us instead.


If there are any errors or defects in products, please contact us so that we can best solve the problem. You can contact us by phone or email. If you contact us by e-mail, please attach a picture of the damaged product. Please notify us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after you have received the goods. In case of an approved complaint, we will replace the product with a new one immediately. The right of complaint is not applied to a typo made by the customer in connection with the order. Our process is fully automated. We do not affect the spelling of the names. The order is made automatically after the customer has completed the order.


In the event of any dispute, Namly complies with the recommendations of The National Board for Consumer Disputes


Events such as wars, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, missing supplies from subcontractors, illness, import bans and other events, whether occurring at Namly or at Namly's subcontractors, which could not be foreseen, Force Majeure should be invoked. This means that Namly is relieved of its obligations to fulfill the entered into agreements.


All content on this site belongs to Namly Design or its affiliates and is protected by, among other things, copyright, marketing and trademark law. This means that trademarks, company names, images / graphics, design and layout and all other content on these internet pages may under no circumstances be downloaded, copied or used in any other way without this being specifically agreed by permission from Namly Design.

This is done in order to fulfill an agreement with you as a customer.
